The people in the Air Control business in Temple, Texas are the best. As far as a heating and cooling system, we would never have anything but a Trane. Air Control and Trane are simply the best by far and can't be beat.

Really like the temperature controller. It has a low & high range that I never have to change. Very good cooling distribution within the house; much better performing than previous system. Also purchased Trane heating & cooling system in previous home in California.

We could not be happier with our Trane! The peace of mind, constant temperature in each room was always hot in the summer & cold in the winter! Prior to our Trane we put up blackout shades, window film, blown insulation and nothing worked! A dark bedroom is depressing! Well, no more! We would do this again? We wonder what took us so long to install our Trane! If a Trane customer needs a personal reference we will be glad to tell anyone how much we enjoy our Trane.

I have two handicapped terminally Ill sons who recently moved into an ADA duplex in Belton Texas that we lease for them. My sons A/C unit was not cooling when we got into the mid 90's outside. Air Control was contacted by the landlord to do the repair. Trained Trane Technician came and said he couldn't do the repair do to an issue with the original installation. He said some wiring would need to be repaired before he could fix the Trane Air Conditioner. Waited another week waiting to see if anyone was going to repair the unit. Landlord contacted me today. And said that Air Control refused to do the repair??? Not sure why the only Trane repair company in the area would refuse to repair a Trane Airconditioner knowing that my two Handicapped Terminally Ill Sons were living here regardless of whatever made them make the decision to not do the repair. When the Technician was here we told him about our sons and that we really needed it repaired. Here is a picture of the insulated front access panels that supposedly have been drilled through???? Maybe I'm missing something.?? I have been an industrial Electrician/ Instrumentation technician for forty years. There is nothing unsafe about this installation. This is a Technician not telling the truth to a customer and his own supervisor and owner to not do the job he was hired for. At my two sons expense. I'm just glad my son's didn't go into respiratory failure before I installed some portable Air Conditioners to get the room temperatures down!!!! Made false analysis on Trane unit even though the unit itself gave the appropriate error code (two year old unit and working fine till this point). Instead of spending thousands of dollars as they were promoting, I instead bought a $25 sensor online and fixed it myself. BUYER BEWARE! They are bait-and-switch and hold-you-over-a-barrel sapsuckers caring nothing about the customer. Two bedridden ADA residents suffered weeks in sweltering heat while waiting for Air Control to wrongly guess and finally saying they were not able to work on the unit. such a SAD group of people... New build install and was sold a 4 ton for a 2900sqft house with vaulted ceilings and lots of huge windows. Does not keep up and its not hot yet. also takes 8 plus hours to drop down at night. every AC company I have talked to has laughed and told me sorry for your luck but 4 ton is way too small. Not one would have sold to me. Air Control says never reaching temp is the way its supposed to run. I would stay far away. going with them is going to end up costing me big time. Had to force their employees to remove empty spit bottles they were hiding in the attic during rough-in. At completion was pressured to pay in full prior to starting up units, after telling them I would meet them with a check to pay in full upon completion they finally sent somebody 7 days later. Twice an employee tried to collect the check without showing me the units were working. Both times I took them inside and asked them to show me the units turn on. Neither time were they able to start up A/C units. On the 2nd attempt the technician crushed the controller in his frustration. Upon the third attempt when they couldn’t start the furnace the apprentice whispered to the technician that he didn’t think the valve to the gas had been turned on. I overheard this and questioned if they had ever tried starting it. The response was “it should would work we don’t need to verify”. After this experience I called the owner Kevin Harmon and left a voicemail on his cell phone with my concerns, it has now been 60 days and I have not heard back.
